GreasySo this is my 3rd time coloring with Esalon, the color was better this time, not too dark but I’ve noticed that the last time and this time the products have made my hair extremely greasy. Great product. Dislike the new color bottleI love your product. Have used it for about 2 years now. You recently changed the bottle that the color concentrate ships in. It is very hard to open. There is no hand grips on the bottle lid and no barrier between the concentrate and the lid. This allows for the concentrate to leak out some and seals the lid on tighter. However, it also makes it almost impossible to get off. The last two times I have received my order. My husband has had to use pliers to open the bottle for me. This has caused the lid to break. He now knows to be careful not to spill any so as not to stain things. The old bottle at least had a barrier to help prevent the solution from leaking out.
