I love the product, the ease of use butI've now used this product 3x on my hair, it's easy, they totally work with you on color, it's custom for YOU. SatisfactionThus far, I have been pleased with the product. Still trying to modify in order to get the maximum results. I think I am getting very close. Great ColorI really liked the color and eSalon gave me a second bottle of color for highlights. The directions were easy to follow. They also gave me a conditioner/masque which was good, but I used too much and it took several washings to remove the excess. My bad. ESalon's color is more vibrant than my previous, Age Beautiful, but the texture is more dried out. I'm trying to decide whether to keep using eSalon for the color or go back to my previous product for the texture. I live in FL and play water volleyball about 8 hrs a week.
