Back after 3 year hiatus!Frustrated by the inconvenience of appt schedules at my hair dresser during and after the holidays, I decided to give esalon another try. They were always good before, but I didn't get the little extras I could with my hairdresser (like gloss.) All I had to do was ASK! Esalon provided me with a complimentary trial of their GLOSS! The ENTIRE process of specificity of hair color, length, dryness, dullness, etc, was addressed and (honestly) to my amazement, the color turned out beautiful! Beautiful Hair ColorThe color came out beautiful on most of my hair, but unfortunately, did not cover my roots which are very color resistant. Spoke to a representative on the phone who said colorist would attempt to remedy the situation.
