First Haircolor ExperienceI was nervous about coloring my hair for the first time. My hair is straight, soft textured, and quite difficult to keep up in clips. In spite of my inexperience, the color turned out quite nice. hair colorI am happy with the root color but the gray coverage does not seem to last very long (a few weeks). The ends of my hair are still pretty light and does not hold the color. shampoo/conditionerHI, I know the packets you send for shampoo/conditioner are samples, but when washing the haircolor out of my hair there just isn't enough to make suds to really get all the hair color out. PerfectThe color combination was perfect. I had asked that a new shipment be sent in September due to me completely shattering my right elbow on May 14th and I am right-handed so it was going to be difficult to apply the color without the use of my right arm. I have not received any further kits since this shipment in June and it now November! I am still having issues with my right arm. Unreliable companyRequested another kit of the same exact color and "customer service" wants another picture. I made an order (the 8th of the EXACT same color) that they will not process. Good luck to you trying to erase your credit card info.
