So unhappyI set my account up and advised my natural hair colour. I wanted a bright,copper colour for my hair and I now have dark, dark browny red hair!!! Waste of MoneyThe price of shipping is outrageous! It says 3 days shipping but mine has always been late and my last shipment was over 2 weeks late! Trying to get into contact with customer service is nearly impossible, I couldn't find a contact email on the website I had to google it and so far it's been 4 days with no response. You don't get much colour either, the bottle will only do my roots each time.
