What happened?I never write a bad review, but my last order was a nightmare. My developer was open and leaking, and after coloring my hair, it was dull with no color at all. I went to my stylist a day after I colored and she commented on how dull the color was… I had just colored it the day before. No gray coverageAlthough it was a nice package, that makes me feel like a salon hair color, the gray coverage was awful, so my gray hair did not get the color as well as my natural hair. Bad hair dyeThis was a total fail, I asked to lower the copper and I have copper hair on my roots since it was retouch. Blond highlights and golden brown hair.
