Wrong ColourMy plan said medium golden brown and and I have ended up with very dark brown flat hair with no golden tones at all. It looks awful and I am so unhappy. Embarrassing ColorAfter coloring my hair, following the directions, I had an obvious line where my greys had been. Where the grey was is now a reddish/brown, then a distinct line and then the brown color my hair should be. I colored it in coordination with a hair appointment and was mortified my hair looked like it did. My stylist asked what happened. HorriblePas la même teinte que la fois dernière. dissappointedIt seems as if the formula was changed as it did not cover well and did not last long and the grays started to show through as if it was a rinse. The color says permanent but it wasn't.
