Unfortunately not strong enough for my many greysThe product itself and packaging etc is great. The colour itself was a good match, however just wasn’t strong enough to cover all my greys! Struggling getting it right!After 3 attempts and adjustments for my base root color, I finally had to go into my stylist, spend the $200 to have her do an all-over color-correct to bring it back to the ash blonde that I've been trying to achieve using your product. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to get the color right... At first it seems right, then as it fades it turns very orangy and brassy... Love the shampoo & conditioner which I'll continue to use. Their signature product is just okayFirst the good - nicely packaged. The color comes on a little thick so it doesn’t run. The okay - everything else. I’ve gotten better coverage for my grays from the store. I’ve used eSalon now a few times and feel like it just does an okay job of covering grays (even after adjusting the formula for grays).
