Doesn’t cover templesYour product color is very nice however it does not stay on your head very long and within days the grey by my temples are exposed. I actually have much better coverage with clairol root rescue. Awful color!I got my package and was so excited to try this product. It came beautifully and carefully package but the color itself it's awful. I ordered a very basic color (Dark Ash Blonde), even sent pictures for the colorist to review and the end results are a disaster. It came orangy and light. I've been dying my hair for 15 yrs and tried several brands of color. I know this is not a base color 7 let alone an ash undertone. Extremely dissapointed! I want a refund!!!I requested a revision to my hair color several weeks ago. My last kit was supposedly revised. It was NOT. The color is still not right. It still does not cover greys.
