Loved the color, not the fade!I chose a color and the stylist adjusted the color, so I went with their suggestion. I actually LOVED the color after I immediately colored my hair. I ordered one color and the result was anotherMy order was about blue tone and when I used it my hair turn on some clear brown or chestnut. Way different than expectedMy hair came out WAY too dark. It seems nearly black. My natural color is light brown to dark blonde. I was sent a shade of dark brown. This was definitely not what I was expecting when I normally dye it a light copper mahogany. Now I need to figure out how to fix it. I was looking more for a light shade of copper red blonde. Does not workam not pleased with the color and would like to cancel my entire subscription/membership. I notified someone last week about returning the kit because the color did not change. PoorVery unhappy with every aspect of this product and company. Buyer beware. It make take you two weeks to receive this subpar hair color. ( If at all). I was given a "credit" for a shipment that never arrived and then OOPS! They forgot to add the credit. A little disappointed.I ordered a custom color kit and wrote so many notes and attached pictures of the exact color I wanted to have my hair. I didn’t receive any guidance, advice, or any concern from the colorist assigned to me, and the mixture seemed way too generic, not realizing my concerns at all. I followed all of the instructions provided, but the overall application was just patchy and didn’t cover all of the brassy and coppery colors, and actually added too much gold in my hair.
