Horrible customer serviceI canceled my plan back in october. They charged me in january and in march for 27 each. They apologized for the inconvenience but made me pay for their shipping that I didn't even order. The girl was rude talking over me saying "sorry there is nothing I can do for you" after I asked her multiple times to refund my money. Finally after raising my voice my money will be refunded in 3 days but still have to pay for the shipping. Very disappointedVery messy, you have two bottles of color, one for the roots and one for the ends. Hard to rinse out, left my hair feeling sticky even after 4 rinses. No me gustoGracias por todo pero la verdad el color no me gusto me hice una prueva de mecha y el color para mi esta muy obsuro me ha costado mucho aclararlo y no quiero oscurrecerlo otraves normalmente yo uso un 8G pero queria provar Esalon por que queria ver si si cubre mis canas pero el color es muy obsuro 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. FadingI know it's normal for color to fade. However, I'm not really happy with the extreme fading for my all over color. I'm concerned that when I redo my roots, that my root area there is going to be an extreme color difference, between my all over color, with fresh root color??
