Was hoping for better resultsIt was easy to use and packaged very nicely. However my color was off. I wanted slightly darker Mahoganey brown. I got slightly lighter brown hair that's copper. I'm sad that I'm stuck with this through Christmas. I sent a pic in, I gave a statement, and I chose a dark color through the prompts so I'm not sure how I could have been more clear. Colour doesn’t lady as long as it used to.I’ve been an e-Salon user since the start. I loved that they custom matched my former Paul Mitchell salon color exactly. I live the auto shipping and customer service when I travel. The last 6 months or so I’ve noticed my color fades after 2-3 weeks when it used to last 6-8.
