Good productHave used this hair colour three times now. I like the colour although it can look brassy, which I see I am advised to buy a top up colour to reduce - so much for individually personalised colouring! It is also rather light on after colour conditioner. On the first occasion I just used the one provided in the pack - not enough, I have to use more. ColorThe color would've been great had I not ordered one with more red than brown as my natural hair is between a medium and dark brown, but once I'm in the sun or even bright office lighting, then the red is plain to see. Not enough gray coverageThere was not enough gray coverage. Hard to use - Messy. Thinner than other hair coloring and bled at the edges onto my face. Very costly. I can Color my hair for under $10 an application. I wanted to try it but my biggest complaint it did not cover my gray at the edges and roots.
