Consistent, easy, and quick!I ordered the color late one night and the order was placed, shipped, and to my door within 3-5 days! It came in the most BEAUTIFUL custom packaging. The packaging alone made me feel special. The coloring process was simple with the custom instructions and everything I needed in one package. The color came out so consistent and radiant! It combined the colors I was looking to combine perfectly. I have been dyeing my hair for two and a half years now, and I have never have had such results with an at-home dye. A perfect matchI love ESalon color. It's a perfect match and it saves so much money. I used to go to the salon, spend a lot, every 6 weeks to get my roots touched up. Disappointing resultsI had high expectations for this product from all the reviews and ads but unfortunately, it was nothing like I expected. Not for meI was curious about this product but was skeptical due to my stubborn greys. Unfortunately this did not take well on my greys. I only do 1 brand from the store since many others do not work on me. I dye my own hair for over 15 yrs so am familiar with how to properly do it at home. This was a sad outcome. Not interested to try again but canceling the membership is extremely challenging. I've even sent an email to cancel but no word for days. Worst hair color everI went through all the questions with my main concern being stubborn grays. I submitted 3 recent pics showing my hair color is a very very dark brown. I got the initial order and the color came out so much lighter than my hair color and greys started showing after 2 -3 washes. Due to my own negligence I didn’t realize I was on an auto fill plan and received a 2nd order. I immediately unenrolled and just kept the order thinking I’d give it another try since I had it. To my surprise I received an email telling me a 3rd order was shipped even after unenrolling. I had to contact customer service and the rep had a bad attitude as if she was being inconvenienced to unenroll me again and told me to mark the package return to sender and when they got it back they would refund my card but would proceed to charge my card in the meantime. No apology for sending it after I cancelled or anything. Long story short I tried the box I had kept and it took to my hair worse than the 1st time. It didn’t even look the light reddish brown like the 1st time; it was much lighter. Don’t waste your money on this product. Au topJ'ai déjà fais une coloration complète et une fois la retouche racine. Produit de qualité très proche de ma couleur naturel, couleur qui ne degorge pas au lavage avec u e longue tenu.
