Salon finishOrdering from eSalon saves me a lot of time and effort and my hair quality is not compromised. During lockdown I had to buy off the shelf products and the result showed. Then I came across eSalaon and I honestly haven't looked back. My hair is dark so it's easy to manage and the warm undertones in the color I choose are really rich. This company can’t even get black rightI decided to give this company a try as a break from Madison Reed who’s black color has an undertone of auburn that I don’t care for.. Boy do I regret that. After 3 and a half hours coloring, showering, blow drying and styling, my hair looks horrible. if I had to guess the color they sent I would say light brown with red undertones, not even in the same realm as black. I have an event tonight for work that I don’t even want to go to because I can’t wear a hat to hide my ghetto hair colors and to top it off the customer service left me shaking with anger. Refused to refund me both my orders which I used at once time for full coverage then refused to refund the shipping. Don’t just exit out of this website, run and tell everyone you to know beware.
