OMG...I LOVE IT !!YES.. I love my hair now ! I was so sick of standing in the drug store's hair color isles , looking at an endless amount of colors and brands and not having a single clue what to get. This experience with esalon has been a absolute pleasure ! Having a personalized colorists who emailed me, talked about what I wanted and making sense of what I could achieve with color and what I couldn't. Wow... my Samantha (esalon) listened better than any hair salon I've gone too ! Seriously ! I put my faith in esalon and the result... "COLOR HAPPINESS" ! bad batch of color maybe not satisfiedJust wanted to let you know I'm not happy or satisfied with my last color package. I have explained over the phone and by email. Terrible colourMy main request was to neutralise the red in my hair as my roots were dark with grey and the rest of ny hair was brown/red/ginger (wishy washy).
