Pleasantly surprisedI ran into this product while listening to a podcast of my favorite crime show! I heard the ad so many times I caved in! When I finally received my first kit, I waited a while to use it. Scared, I guess. Well, I finally did (2 months later) and WOW! I’m mad at myself for taking so long to use it! It covered all my grays! I was worried that it wouldn’t because I have ethnic curly hair and most of the videos posted did not show ethnic hair—And I’m CLUELESS when it comes to this stuff! I’m looking forward to my next color kit in a few months. I was easily able to add a change to my next kit.... I wanted it lighter. I also added the timer/clips/brush kit-(hope those clips will last with my thick curly hair!) I was close to adding the bayalage kit BUT the girl in the vid had pin straight hair- definitely not the same scenario as a person with ethnic hair would have. You think you can have a vid with someone using the bayalage product with ethnic curly hair and have them show the end result? Best hair colorI'm a cosmetologist. I've used many brands of hair color, on myself and clients, you won't find one better than this brand. My grey was covered, my hair was soft after JUST rinsing the color out and MOST important after weeks the color hasn't faded at all. Not what I expectedThe packaging was nicely done. It comes with everything you need to color your hair however there were two bottle. In which one is for the top part of your hair and the is for the ends. Not sure if everyone gets two bottles or it’s because I have long hair. I didn’t like the fact that it tells you to wait for 15 minutes for the top part and then apply the ends bottle and wait another 10 minutes.
