Was Not Happy This TimeI must say I was quite disappointed with the results. I wanted it much lighter and I got closer to the color of my hair color that it is now which is burgundy. Poor Application DirectionsBy insisting in the directions that I begin with the new growth area, it created a hot copper area while the rest of my hair is brown. I look ridiculous. Too Dark, not at all blondeI never was happy with the color as it is brown, but very pretty on me. I will restart but am afraid I won't be happy with the color again. I want blonde hair and your dye turned me brown so I bleached it off. When I asked you for a toner for my now fully bleached hair you said you don't reccomend I tone my bleached hair. Healthy shineThe hair color made for me is the closest to my natural color which is what want. My hairstylist likes the color and the quality too. IN fact, I feel like eSalon's color is better for my hair than what my hairstylist has previously used and it doesn't smell nearly as strong. My hair is not damaged from the touchups and is shiny.
