Excellent and pleasant serviceI would give eSalon 10 stars if I could. On placing my order, I was assigned a colourist who reviewed, based on a photo I sent and my desired look, the colour needed to achieve this. The first colour was a little too light to colour my grey roots, and when I told eSalon this, Amelia, my assigned colourist telephoned me to discuss how to rectify this. They then sent me, free of charge an adjusted colour and checked in with me to see how it worked out. I have now placed another order and we are going to tweak it ever so slightly, just to achieve perfection. If you can’t get to a hairdresser, this is the next best thing to ensure a good colour, and it doesn’t dry out your hair but leaves it shiny and glossy.
