Fabulous!I have never coloured my hair at home. Always had professional high lites but with my usual salon closed due to Covid-19 I decided to give e-salon a try. I'm really happy with colour. I only did grey root touch up but I'm very happy with the colour and condition of my hair. FantasticI have been going to salon for years. I think it’s over 20 years since I dyed it myself at home. I am naturally around 80% grey and it was well over due with lockdown! I couldn’t believe how quickly my kit arrived, looking all professional and personalised. I couldn’t wait to get started. Instructions were simple to follow and results amazing. Looks so amazing!I was so nervous to color my own hair, but the color was perfect! I have thick, wavy hair but I had plenty to cover. My hair was shiny and had good dimensions to the shade. AmazingI’ve used box colours before but the detailed instructions that came with my kit as well as the custom colour really set this apart. easy with a beautiful result!I've been using the product for 4 years and find it simple to use, with great results. If I had any issues, I just emailed my stylist and someone got back to me quickly (usually within hours, always within 1 day). For example, I couldn't get the residue out of my hair, and the stylist adjusted my instructions with an additional step. It is easy to adjust your color choice.
