BLOWN AWAY!!!!!I color my hair...a lot. This is 100%, hands down, no contest the best hair color I’ve ever used...including my $200 salon color!! I am ALL IN!!! My online stylist NAILED my color objective...better than the color I got IN PERSON at the salon! The kit was so organized and easy. I loved that I got a root color and an ends color ( gray hair..nuff said). It turned out PERFECT! I literally wouldn’t change one single thing. Obsessed. I’m M.R. Amazing resultsI have been dying my hair using a shop bought box dye for about 15 years. My colour had become very uneven it was very dark at the ends and I could never get my roots to match. I bought esalon after seeing an advert on Instagram but didn’t expect much as my hair was almost black at the ends. How wrong was I? The results are subtle but amazing. The ends seem to have lightened and my roots now match the rest of my hair. Customer service is excellent too. I received an email back within a few hours. Love the color - not enough product thoughThank you for the custom color. It looks divine on my hair and I have a lot of compliments. Just a slight problem with the amount of product that I received. The root treatment was enough to cover my whole head. But the amount for the ends we were short about 1/8 of my head. I have a lot of hair, like really, a lot. So maybe there is a way to adjust that.
