FantasticNever dyed my hair at home before always at a salon.Had left my hair for 2 years so it was my natural "silver" color . Decided to give e-salon a go and I'm so happy .Hubby and I followed instructions ,very easy to do and the end result was exactly what I wanted . Not a grey in sight and exactly the color I ordered ,will be sticking with e-salon from no on. Perfect!Getting a good shade of red is hard, but eSalon nailed it on the first try. Not only is my color exactly what I wanted, it turned out beautifully, even though I was convinced I had messed the whole thing up. Perfect Results!I used eSalon’s online tool to find the perfect color for my hair. A color consultant reached back to me and recommended another color. They did send that color. I used it and am 100% satisfied! The process is well written out so I could Understand the instructions. They even personalize with your name. I I am very pleased and have recommended to many of my friends. I will definitely use this again. This was my first time. First time purchaseI was extremely happy with my first purchase. Freddy was very helpful with the color match. The directions were very thorough and easy to follow . My color covered my grays great. For my first time it was a bit challenging to do the back of my head so I think I will try it with the bottle instead of the brush . I will definitely be on the reorder list for next shipment. Fantastic coverage!I have never dyed my hair at home before and was very hesitant to try it, but with your products and How-to-videos I managed. I am so happy with the results my hair looks and feels great.
