Better results with a $5 drug store boxThought I'd give this a try with its great reviews. Did not live up to the hype - at all! I followed the instructions and now have black hair in the front, and my old color in the back. Darkest Brown is not what happened. How it processed only half of my hair, I have no idea, but I look like an idiot and now have to pay more to fix it. Save your money. Great kit, completely different colourKit is great, enough dye, the brush, two pairs of gloves, personalised- excellent. Super soft and healthy looking!So had my first order come to me, gorgeous little box and beautifully presented! Put it on as per the instructions, however it wasn’t quite right. It wasn’t as bright as I had thought. Doh! Sent a message to the e-salon with my query and pictures. They sent out free of charge a new updated colour. Omg it’s stunning! Fabulous ColourI was very impressed with with my experience with eSalon. The ordering process was straightforward and easy. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Amazing customer service and high quality products.This company is amazing. The ease of colouring my hair at home with top quality products and low cost is worth it. The customer service is fabulous. I had my ends turn a little dull in the colour due to my original bleached light blonde ends and they sent me a colour to fix it straight away and for free.
