I’m not sure this color is working for meI’m not sure this color is working for me. My hair is very damaged and I think it’s because I am dying my hair two lights. I need to speak to someone and reconsider my hair color. Custom colour setThis arrived in a nice box. I liked the fact that 2 pairs of strong disposable gloves were included as well as a sticker to stick instructions up on wall or mirror. Instructions were easy to follow and added bonus of online video. The final mix of leftover colour with water which is worked into hair for 2-3 mins is quite overpowering - apparently this is ammonium hydroxide and helps colour penetrate hair before rinsing. Exceptional ProductIt’s incredible how the perfect color was chosen for me resulting from a few questions. Then having everything I needed to start my coloring, from the gloves to the sticker for holding the instructions, was very much appreciated.
