White coverage and orange shadeI liked the packaging and the amount of color was enough to cover all my hair. My hair looks shiny and healthier so I am satisfied with the quality of this hair color.However, My gray roots have not completely covered and faded away after the second time washing. Also I still have the red tone which I’d like to get rid of. I ordered the red neutralizer to help with that but that didn’t help either. 10 stars for my colorist Nicole!After my 3rd order still had me feeling very disappointed and discouraged I didn't know if I was going to attempt a fourth. Since my previous color ending in results that made me live in pony tails because I hated the color so much that really had me second-guessing ordering from Esalon again. but I decided to give them one more try and was most recently had Nicole assist me and she nailed it! She actually seem to take the time to read what I wrote about what I was looking for and what I did not like about my current color and came up with such a pretty chocolate brown that I couldn't be happier with! Loving everything about my color! Orange Streaky Hair !!I was shocked by the outcome of your hair coloring. I also sent in another hair review that has all the details. I believe the coloring I wanted was Dark Blonde Cooper with ends refresher. Lets go with that. However I still feel I should receive some kind of adjustment in price for this major mistake.
