AWESOME, i just love my color!i have never been happy with the hair color the hair dresser had chosen for me. too red, too dark, too something else. Unique and pigmented color that fades nicelyESalon has accommodated all my requests for changes. I wrote in with some details about the color updates I wanted, provided some photos, and the team got me a perfect color. I have decided to go with a cool reddish brown and I think I'll keep this for some time. I have some squiggly whites that cover up for about 3 weeks, but the color fades from these first. No worries though because the auto shop fixes me up just around the time I notice I need to re-dye. Perfect...I love, love, love my custom color. I worked with the color consultant to achieve what I wanted and everything came out perfectly! I also love the packaging and the generous amount of product you receive in the shipment. Lots of shampoo and conditioner to use at least twice, maybe three times if your hair is short.
