Amazing serviceAfter ordering this set, I wasn’t intitially over the moon about my hair colour- mostly because the colour came out more red toned than I expected- however after reviewing the product and mentioning my concerns, the esalon team immediately reached out to me and helped me reformulate the hair colour, within a few days they sent me the new colour and I must say I am so happy with how it came out. Not only is the product easy to use, it’s also of a very high quality, especially considering just how cheap it is. I would definitely recommend anyone to try out this custom colour set- regardless of how much experience you have, you will feel in complete control during the application. Instead of buying any random box dye, invest in esalon as they put so much time and effort into personalising the product so it matches with your desired hair colour. This has given my hair more natural-looking dimensionI have brown hair with (now) a lot of gray. I've been coloring for 25 years and this is the best at-home color that I have ever used. The color is perfect - not too light or too dark, which is often the problem with brown hair. Beautiful Color...ComplimentsMy color is just beautiful but much darker than I like. I went for a violet red, but I think I need to try a more neutral red with some gold. Is that even possible?
