Very happy I found this productI saw this product online & decided to give it a try - loved the training session with my colorist - I learned so much during that appointment. I have very resistant grays but still wanted to try the demi-permanent color. The coverage wasn’t 100% the first time & the colorist was able to adjust the color for my first shipped order. The biggest challenge is applying the color for yourself so it takes a couple times to feel comfortable with the process - you improve each time you do it. Best dye everI will never use anything else except this. The color is so spot on. The whole matching process and being able to talk to a real person to help me is such a cool thing. So Very Pleased!I am so very happy with my hair color! With my hair going silver this new color put highlights into my silver and it makes my hair so pretty! Best Do It Yourself hair color Out there!!I have used several box hair color products over the last few years and my hair always ended up dry and they would not cover the hair I wanted to color most! I am quite fair with blonde hair and I am going platinum instead of gray. I like to color my hair strawberry blonde like it was when I was younger. It makes me look less washed out. esalon has come up with a perfect mix for me and my hairdresser says it is the best she has ever seen on a client who does their own color! LOVE IT! ExelenteExcelente color , muy buen trato y atención al cliente, con un resultado perfecto de envío muy puntual gracia estoy muy contenta con su producto, lo que el champú q ordene lo elimine porq el q utilice me dio un poco de resequedad y caspa , pero por lo demás excelente.
