I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!I had requested for a lighter color this time around, what u gave me was more pink hair n not copper yellow. I am TRULY embarrassed to go out with this hair color! I’m going to be wearing baseball hats for a VERY LONG TIME! What are you planning to do to fix this crap up? Gorgeous, foolproof color (by someone who's burned Minute Rice)I sent them a photo with my hair in an updo that, while cute, barely showed the color I had (think 100% Anderson Cooper but on 30% of my head; the other 70% was what I'll generously call "I haven't had my hair colored since the start of the pandemic" patchwork) What I got back was this gorgeous color that, somehow, was exactly what I wanted. (how did they do it? I don't know! But maybe we should all ask them for help with lottery numbers?) The kits are easy to use and come with such good directions that my husband -- whose only experience with hair color was letting a girlfriend give him bad decision boy band highlights during college (it was the late 90s. The photos are. comedy. gold.) -- was able to do it easily (*without* making me look like a member of the Funky Bunch) Also, none of my hair fell out, a big plus, because that has happened a few times when I've colored my own hair. But not with eSalon! This is the first time I tried eSalon! I'm talking about stuff from the grocery store you buy after a bad day with a frozen pizza and a bottle of wine, then go home, cry, cut your bangs and make your hair some color that doesn't occur in nature. I mean, we've all been there. Definitely going to order again!I don't color my hair all that often just when I want a little change. I loved the convenience of esalon! Taking a little quiz about your hair and then getting the perfect outcome is exactly what I want. No guessing or anything. I LOVED the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, smelt amazing! Fabulous colour - even coverageThis is my third purchase of custom colour set and I can honestly say that the colour is fabulous, it doesn’t fade as quickly as the salon colour which is 3 times the price of this one. It still covers evenly Without any evidence of over-colouring, it looks very natural and blends greys away beautifully. Fantastic colour and value for moneySince switching to esalon I am receiving loads of compliments over the colour and condition of my hair. Great product, easy to use , barely more than a normal hair wash. My hair is wonderfully silky and shiny.
