Great productI absolutley love my hair color. It's a perfect shade, rich color, very well packaged with everything you need right in the box. I also LOVE real customer service where you can actually talk to someone and make adjustments to your order as needed. Well worth the journeyI was constantly spending hundreds on hair that I never really liked. I have used esalon for a while and with every small change, I’m liking my hair more. I highly recommending giving it a shot! It is so incredibly easy. Almost fool proof. For the price of a tip at the salon. The individuals who answer my many many emails have been so kind and helpful. I’m excited to try a new colour next time. I feel like it just may be the best one yet. It was suggested to me by an esalon stylist after listening to all of the things I wanted to change, etc.... Good gray coverage.This color lasted a long time in comparison to what I could get from store. I have white, not gray, areas in front that are hard to completely cover. Stubborn areas.
