Awesome color!All my family and friends are astonished when they see my hair. ESalon truly hit the mark with my color. It is exactly what my hair looked like many moons ago. beautiful colorIt is a beautiful color. The application instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. All in all it's great....except for the gray coverage. It didn't take to most of my stubborn gray/silver hair. What gray it did take to was perfect though. Perfection at its best.Third time using my custom color and I still get compliments. I am told I am so lucky I haven't started getting the dreaded grays yet. Ooh, but I have! Intense Red ColourI recently asked my stylist,Tamara to review my usual Darkest Brown & change to Intense Red. I followed her instructions, unfortunately instead of being an Intense Red as expected, I was disappointed to see the end result, which to me, & others had only ever-so slightly given, reddish highlights. I'm looking forward to trying, the second batch of the same Colour, & intend leaving it in for a further 10 minutes, when I will apply in another 10 weeks!!! Tamara, very kindly gave me my 2nd Colour of Intense Red free, as per contract, if your not satisfied. I Love esalon, & their Products, there is no need to re-apply every 6-8 weeks as with most shop bought colours. I will continue to use esalon as my Colour Specialist, I have never been more impressed with a Hair Colour, & Products than I have with esalon. Top Marks to Tamara, & the Team.
