Looks terrific, only one revision neededWhen I put my initial custom colour on I could tell it was too dark and washed it off after 10 minutes. It wasn't terrible I didn't love it. I sent in a request to adapt it and now it's perfect. I even had shipping issues and esalon sent me a replacement kit at no charge. Just what I was hoping forI was somewhat skeptical with the end results of this custom color set because the "drug store" variety just doesn't seem to cover the gray. After using eSalon the only root areas showing were due to (my) user error. It is so important to apply enough solution by properly parting sections of your hair in order to cover up those nasty gray roots!
