Roots and old growth very differentMy old growth had faded. This is very common with hair tones that have red. So when I followed the directions I ended up with roots that had a dark rich color and a head full of brassy, washed out color. I am very disappointed. Very disappointedI received my "specialized" hair color and a few days later, i followed the directions to a T and yet all of my grey hair is back and only about 2 weeks later. Can't seem to get the product on timeThe package seems to take forever. I backed up my order by a week with the hope that it would get here sooner, but no luck. Was supposed to have my own colorist, yet I've tried to reach out several times and the only time I will get a response from her is the email asking if I want to add more products to my order.
