Fantastic Customer ServiceNot realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. New to dyeing?I've never dyed my hair before but the grey's have finally got the better of me.
