Great colorI am satisfied with the color. I did my hair 2 weeks after I got it. They give you TWO sets of gloves which is great, best of all they fit and aren’t baggy. You have great instructions and also video on this site. When I was ready for the shower I got tape to put up the directions that I could see them in the shower (of course on the other side of the glass so it doesn’t get wet). The shampoo and conditioner were FANTASTIC, I didn’t expect that. It’s a small amount but it is enough. Don’t use your shampoo; use the one it comes with; you’ll be surprised. I am going to buy some. When I was finished and packing up everything in the box I saw they had already thought of taping up the directions and HAD a sticky to tape the directions up. Beautiful color and shineMy hair turned out perfect it was the exact color I wanted, the shading, tone, and shine were dead on and it looks gorgeous. Wonderful product, disappointing deliveryI have been so impressed with my custom color set! It covers my grays and leaves my hair silky and smooth. I wish eSalon would use a different shipment carrier. Delivery takes from 7-14 days or longer. Thinking of changing because of long delays . Nice color, but zero gray coverage around hair line in front!Just had my color changed and loved it. Only downside is my stylist puts on the color for me and this time the gray coverage is not good. Had my hair done on the 19th of August, today is August 30 and I have grays all around my hairline! Color was put on roots, left for 30 minutes and then pulled through rest of hair, but this is not good.
