Not the color I wanted.The process and product I have no issues with. However the color I chose was not what I got. I was advised that the color I chose was to dark and that I should start lower and build up. Well that wasn't the best idea because I ended up with red hair. TerribleI’m not leaving the house until I can get this fixed. I sent in pictures and chose a dark brown red copper hair color on my dark brown hair. I explained it as a dark burgundy... my roots are blonde copper and my ends are about 15 different other colors. My hair doesn’t even look healthy. New Improved Scalp Clearing is very Good BUT hair loss increase BadThe new formula (from last two shipments) is a clear improvement in terms of ease of application and removal but I experienced significant hair breakage and hair loss both times. I happen to have lots and lots of hair, it's fine and very porous and curly so it would be awhile before it would cause me serious grief but not sure how long I want to continue since it seems unhealthy. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. The Color was Perfect!I have been going to a specialist for my color so of course I was sceptical. But when I put the color on as per the easy to understand instructions the color was natural. Love itGet's my hair black as it used to be. I'm 58, male, and in a profession where I'm judged on appearance. But this was really nailed down by the use of the Tint Rinse.
