Color not right and made hair feel like strawI wanted to love esalon but it is just not working for me. I am very experienced with coloring my hair at home. I asked for light cool ash brown. The first color was very warm and also gave me hot roots. I also felt like my hair was very dry and dull looking after the color and it seemed to fade off my grey after 2 weeks (which was only FIVE washes - and this was permanent color!) Went to cancel and they offered to redo it for free so I tried again asking for even more ash to cancel the brass. This came out a bit less warm but was still nowhere near "ash". Same dry feeling and dull looking hair, and same ridiculously fast fading. Super bummed after reading so many positive reviews and cancelling for good this time. First useThe color didn’t cover my grey hair at all. I don’t have a ton but the product still didn’t cover it. My hair get like straw even after using the shampoo/conditioner.
