Lovely productOnly reason for loss of one star is that this time my hair is too dark. However salon immediately responded to my concern and have amended y next colour accordingly! Easy-peazyClick, click, click to choose your color! Gets to you in time! Easy to use and apply and you don’t get a crazy what?! color, you get a nice blend and great fresh hair color. I just wish it would not dry my hair as much. I’ll ask them what to use so it stays soft and hydrated longer. Also I wish someone would call us when we change a color a little so we get real help; what we think is probably not really possible with a click, it can be confusing from the color we have to one we dream:) Thank you!
