So me thing has changedI have used this product in the past and it worked well... nice color, covered greys, easy enough to use. This is not the same as it use to be. Far from the colour I requestedI was not happy with the colour. It was way too dark, it’s not a light ashy brown but dark and very much on the warm side than being ashy. The customer service is amazing however the products are not. None of the hair dyes performed well, didn’t do any better than the drug store ones, so not worth the money. Charged full price for 2 incomplete kits!!I cancelled when you sent and charged me for 2 orders without shampoo and conditioner in the kit. I called and said I was charged for an unusable product, was refunded 1 kit only and then asked If I wanted to cancel my subscription....
