Surprised Me!I have been going to the same salon for about 12 years and my hair stylist moved to a different state. The last few hair stylists were not doing what I wanted so I decided to take a break and try this product. It was the first time I had ever colored my own hair. The color was a little darker than what I wanted but it has lightened with washes. My hair has been soft, the color is lasting even though it has lightened a bit but I really like it. Love itI’ve used the usual drug store hair color for about 5yrs mainly to color grey hair. It was destroying my hair and irritating my scalp. The e-salon hair color product is so much better. I love how it is shipped with meticulous attention to packaging-each product wrapped and/or bagged for an impressive appearance when opening every item. Personalized directions are a real treat. I’m very happy with the hair color, and I know help is always a touch away. I am pleased with the other products as well. Perfect every timeI'm still so happy with my color and I just called customer service to reschedule my next order and it was unbelievably easy! Also, easily added color for my ends. Sheesh. I usually HATE calling to do things like this but they made me feel like I can call all the people and resolve all the things! Beautiful color - Simple applicationI am so happy with the results of eSalon’s personalized at home color set. It was easy to use and I have never colored my hair before.
