Items missing.I only recently opened this box as I’ve been in quarantine. When I did, there was only 1 pair of gloves instead of 2. There was no shampoo or conditioner. For what I am paying I don’t feel this is acceptable. I like the color itself but it’s not too much different from my last brand. I’ve cancelled my subscription. NOT IMPRESSEDstill have not received my hair colour, however the company has already tried to bill me for a subsequent order. Would kindly like to try the first order in order to ensure I would like a second!!!!!!!!!!! This is BS considering the timeline.
