could not fault!! Very professionalFirst time ever dying my hair at home so i was very nervous. Firstly the box came and the packaging was so cute! They add lots of personal touches which i found fab. The instructions were very easy to follow for a beginner. Best Color EVERi love this darker color. I had some difficulty with the two-step coloring process. My two steps ran together. But i love the color. For my next order I would love to have the same color in only one step. I have not yet had a chance to ry the root touch-up. I just colored a week ago. I can finally cover greys at home!The 3 step process achieved an even color and covered my greys without any hot spots! I'm thrilled to be able to completely cover greys at home and achieve a perfectly blended hair color! The color came out a bit darker than I'm used to but I'm still thrilled with the results! Excellent between professional colorings touch-up optionMy grays start to come through about every 3 weeks or so. While I have my hair professionally colored about every 6-7 weeks, I love this kit as an option to touch up my roots myself at home between colorings.
