I Loved it for 2 years so farI have been so happy with the color, how long it lasts, the convenience of delivery and it's always on time. I can't imagine coloring my hair any other way. Impressed!This was definitely a huge step up from drug store color kits. I thought the instructions were done well. I liked that it was roots first and then ends. The color is great and my hair doesn't feel like it was just colored. No worriesWhen I decided to try this I was super worried about how it would look and if there would be enough color for my super long hair. Nothing to worry about as not only did I have extra color left, the shade that was picked for me was perfect. I could not be happier and plan on only using this service now.
