Warm, rich looking color!Kit was wonderful - everything you need is in this package. Solution did not smell bad at all, no strong chemical smell. eSalon was in contact with me consistently to make sure my custom color was exactly as I wanted. They volunteered to do any adjustments to lighten or darken the color for next month. I really like the online auto-ship where I can add products to my regular monthly order to save me time. I normally just buy my color from the drug store, but I must say, I am very impressed with this company and will be a long time customer for sure. Receiving an actual "color expert" from eSalon to discuss exactly what my expectations are with this newly created color was so nice. Perfect Color!I am always skeptical of beauty products- especially when all the reviews seem to be too good to be true. This product really delivered- not only is the color perfect but my hair feels so soft and is very shiny. I uploaded a picture and it was recommended that I don’t go ask dark as I indicated. Redhead done right!Thank you e-salon! I absolutely love my color! From roots to ends it looks flawless and together! Usually you can see the difference in roots and end color but this time it all looks the same! I just put it on so Im hoping it doesnt fade too much! Consistently great colorI've been using eSalon color for a few years now, to match the natural brown of my youth & cover my new dull & grey growth/roots that I just can't tolerate. The eSalon color consistently colors my hair perfectly, not a single grey escspes it! & as the weeks go on it always looks natural, never fades poorly (I only need to refresh my color every 8-10ish weeks usually).
