Loved itThe color arrived in a cute personalized box quickly. The directions were easy to follow. I also used YouTube to watch others do it. Two colors (roots and length). Super happyThe girl who has done my haircut/color for years is nowhere to be found since covid. I had a haircut appointment yesterday that was cancelled due to riots. My color came today from esalon. With a sick dog and life - I didn’t open the package until late and didn’t plan to do it tonight. I read the instructions and decided to go forward- seemed too easy. Is was. I like the products that keep color off the skin a lot. They are great. I made a mistake in a couple of areas close to my face but that was my error. The grey coverage elsewhere was excellent. My hair is soft especially considering I haven’t had a haircut in months. This product did not turn my ends black like box products do.
