Excellente surpriseC'était ma 1ère commande et de plus pendant le confinement. Je m'attendais donc à un délai de livraison long, ça n'a pas été le cas. Les explications d'application sont claires et simples. La couleur obtenue a été celle que j'espérais, les cheveux blancs très nombreux parfaitement couverts. Pas de démangeaisons, cheveux très btillants. Bref, super contente. Attention toutefois lors de la commande, car sinon vous prenez un abonnement. Color was exactly as described.I purchased this product after reading many reviews...glad I did! Hair color looked natural with great shine. The first shipment was awesome!Love the color and product. Was the perfect thing to use, both, because during the pandemic, salons are closed AND appreciated the savings! I was very impressed.I have found my hard-to-match red haircolor occasionally, but they always take it off the market eventually & then I have to find one all over again. The over the counter ones only last for a few washings & don't cover my gray very well. I was reluctant to do this online, but their product covered my gray, was a perfect match to my natural ginger color, made my hair shinier and lasted through more washings. Great Concept, but. . .!I truly like the concept of this way of keeping up with my grey roots between visits to my hairdresser. BUT. . .because I use it only for coloring my grey roots, not wanting to do my own highlights, it would be better for my situation if there was a smaller amount of the product just for coloring grey roots. I tried using and mixing just half the product and it worked just okay and was a bit inconvenient used that way. When I mixed the full amount, I ended up throwing half the product away. Is there a lesser amount just for coloring roots - at half the cost?
