ProfessionalI cant fault the quality or delivery of service. The colour was just not to my personal taste more auburn than I wanted. I have bought different items this to purchase - shampoo and condition as was impressed by these items in the pack. IN LOVEI went from a very light blonde to a store bought medium brown. The results were red, copper, undertones to a rusty brown. I was not a fan. I found eSalon by happenstance, but I wasn’t feeling very hopeful for the outcome. I WAS SO WRONG. I am obsessed with my color, OBSESSED! I went for the darkest brown and told my colorist that I go red very easily, my dye was formulated with me in mind and let me tell you, there is not even a hint of red! I have this gorgeous dark brunette hair with an ashy undertone. It’s so beautiful and I cannot wait for my next batch because it is oddly fun to do also! Grey coverage not as good as hoped forI was thrilled to get my eSalon order. Having gone to salons for over 20 years and spending literally thousands of dollars, I couldn’t wait to start. I knew how to color my own hair, but also watched and read all the materials to ensure the best results. Unfortunately my greys are color resistant, so the color did not penetrate well and faded quickly, even using high quality shampoo for color treated hair. Please, no more bottle application, always with a brush!This was my second order from esalon.com. The first time I was sent the same set, but the dye was to be applied with the brush. I was very happy and the color came out great. This order came with the bottle applicator. Maybe it works for a professional, but not for an amateur who needs to apply it all by herself. An extremely messy, cruel, and frustrating experience! As the result, the color was not even applied evenly and I am still left with grey spots. I plan to give esalon.com another chance.
