An immediate rescue!While I typically salon color my hair, during COVID-19 I found it was necessary to attempt to find another way. I am probably 75% grey and unfortunately I did not get the amount of full coverage I was looking for. Some of this may be attributed to my inexperience....it has been a long time since I have done it myself! But overall color shade, health of hair after coloring were all positive, as was the kit. Perfect color!I love the color! The whole process was great from picking my color to drying my hair. 4 stars because the smell knocked my socks off. I’m not used to dying my own hair, but the smell seemed excessively strong 🤷🏼♀️ Again, love the color. It's not brassy!I love that this lightest blonde is not at all brassy and looks very natural. I like it very much and will continue using it. Since this is a first for me - coloring my own hair - I'm terrible at the process, but somehow getting it done! Did I really just color my hairThe match is so close--when I dried it, I wondered if it had really worked, or had I done something terribly wrong? It's so identical, it's scary. It just looks better. Love, love, love itI have had 3 sets since January but with 1 thing or another I just didn't have time or the patience to do my hair myself. I gave 2 to my daughter and it turned out fab so today i decided to do mine and I have to say it turned out perfect. No more unsightly "salt and pepper" hair for me though it is a good bit darker than I am used to but I do like it but hopefully after finding they can adjust the colour I have asked for it to be made lighter. I am always nervous when it comes to having my hair dyed as I never like it to start with especially if it is a darker shade but I have to give eSalon 11/10. Their colours, service, after care and customer support is impeccable because 1 order never arrived and after sending a quick email they immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost.
