Didn’t get what I wantedI was really excited to try out eSalon during the quarantine. I have been wanting to lighten my hair, but scared to do something dramatic. I thought using a dye might do the trick to lighten my hair one or two shades (natural dark brown hair). I honestly don’t know what I’m doing, and always prefer to go to a professional. I thought eSalon would do for now since they do a custom color, look at your pictures, and “listen” to what you want. The quiz was great, along with their customer service. The process of dying my hair was easy, and I followed the directions to the T. They say that the directions are tailored to your needs, but that wasn’t the case for me. My roots lightened but everything else stayed exactly the same. My directions were for somebody that had gray hair (I have none), which I thought was strange at first, but because their website said that the directions are specific to each customer, I thought I should follow them. In my comment when submitting the order, I specifically said I had no experience in haircolor and would appreciate their input in what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. coloration avec ammoniaqueBonjour, Je suis très contente d'avoir pu tester votre coloration sur mesure ; je suis très satisfaite du produit , de sa présentation, des explications ; la seule chose qui m'a énormément dérangée, c'est l'odeur d'ammoniac trop intense , qui m'a beaucoup ennuyée ; j'ai du faire la totalité du processus, fenêtre ouverte, j'ai même pas pu totalement finir l'étape où l'on doit rajouter un peu d'eau dans le flacon N°2 et l'appliquer et faire mousser, j'ai tout stopper tellement que l'odeur était forte. I love e color.I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice.
