Color looked good! But!The color was a great match. It was a cheap price and instructions were easy. But! My hair was oily afterwards and no matter how may times I washed my hair, it looked oily. When I contacted them, I was told to try their shampoo which made me think something was in their products to make you buy more products. Awful ColourI received my colour which wasn't anything like I was expecting, I requested an adjustment to my colour for my new order which has now been delayed for over a week and I have been informed by customer services that this may now be a further week, not happy at all! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Beautiful color!Very pleased with this product and how well my hair came out! Covered my gray very well and my hair looked like I went to a salon. Was really worried my hair would come out with a lot of red in it, Pleased to say it didn't not!! Yeah! With so many products in my hair from years of coloring I am so happy and relieved to find this product and color that looks so good, I can do at home and the price is right. Skeptical but desperate and now a believer!I have never, ever colored my hair. On the recommendation of a friend who had great success with eSalon, I went for it. Nervous, I contacted them directly and spoke to the about my data entered. They tweaked my color and it arrived in good time. It sat on my counter until Friday after work and I started. I'm a 'newbie' at this so I would say any gray that wasn't covered was my own fault. My mid length cut doesn't hold up under clips well (short and long pieces) so I have a plan for next time. But the end result was beautiful. I ended up with a mellow dark blonde with warm highlights. Most of the gray was covered and as mentioned those that weren't I believe are user error. First time using esalonI so enjoyed using esalon. The color was easy to apply. The instructions were easy to follow. I also found the How-To videos very helpful for first time users of product. My color treatment was matched perfectly. My hair felt soft and manageable after using product. The only problem I had was total coverage of gray hair in part of hair and front hairline. The hard gray area was colored but a lighter color in places. Those areas had not been colored for 2 months due to Covid-19. I was completely white in that area before adding esalon custom color.
